What Ready Haul collects when you use this site or rent a trailer, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
When you submit a reservation request or a contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, dates, tow vehicle, and job details you type into it. When you rent a trailer we also collect the information required to write a rental agreement, including your driver license details and a payment method.
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell data. Standard web server logs record IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.
Contact details are used to confirm your reservation, ask follow-up questions about the tow vehicle, send pickup instructions, and reach you while a trailer is out. Rental agreement information is used to administer the rental, process payment and the refundable deposit, and meet our record keeping obligations.
We share information only with the payment processor that handles your card, and with law enforcement or insurers where we are legally required to or where a trailer is damaged, stolen, or involved in an incident. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Form submissions are kept for as long as we may need them to service a rental or answer a follow-up question. Rental agreements and payment records are kept for the period required by Pennsylvania law and our insurers.
