The ground rules for using this website and for renting a trailer from Ready Haul. The signed rental agreement governs the rental itself.
These terms cover your use of this website and the reservation requests you send through it. The rental agreement you sign at pickup is the contract that governs the rental, and where the two differ the signed agreement controls.
Submitting a reservation request does not create a booking and does not charge you. A reservation exists once we confirm availability and you complete the rental agreement and payment. Reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Rental charges are quoted in US dollars before you book and exclude sales tax and the refundable damage deposit. A rental day is a full 24 hours from the time of pickup. The deposit is authorized at pickup and released after the trailer is returned on time, undamaged, emptied, and with all included equipment.
You are responsible for confirming that your tow vehicle is rated for the loaded trailer, for using the correct hitch ball and a working light connection, for securing the load, and for obeying all traffic and towing laws. You are responsible for the trailer and everything on it from pickup until it is returned.
Your auto policy usually extends liability coverage to a trailer you tow, but physical damage to the trailer is often excluded. Confirm your coverage with your insurer before pickup. Damage, theft, and loss while the trailer is in your possession are your responsibility.
Trailers may not be sublet, used to transport hazardous or illegal material, taken outside the continental United States, overloaded beyond the posted weight rating, or operated by anyone not named on the rental agreement.

No rental rates are published on this site; any figure you are given is a quote for the dates and trailer discussed and is valid only for that booking. Trailer illustrations are representative of the type, not of a specific unit. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.
